Sena Bozkir
Sena Bozkir is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who brings a balance of warmth, acceptance, compassion, and kindness, along with curiosity and intuition, to the work you do together. Her focus is on supporting clients with anxiety disorders, depression, emotion regulation challenges, sleep issues, relationship and attachment issues, and relational trauma. Sena’s sessions may include talk, experiential exercises, or somatic awareness, depending on what feels supportive and meaningful for you.

Sena’s work is informed by Gestalt Therapy, which emphasizes authenticity, responsibility, embodiment, and presence in the here-and-now. It encourages noticing thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations as they arise, and exploring them in the moment. She also draws on Person-Centred Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other somatic-based techniques, tailoring her approach to the needs of each client.Sena is both relationally and process-oriented in her practice. This means she views the therapeutic relationship as a central part of healing and pays close attention to what unfolds in the moment during sessions. She supports clients in exploring emotions, patterns, and experiences in depth as they arise, creating a space for greater awareness, connection, and change.
